CLIFTON TOP 5 STRENGTHS

CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) is a Gallup assessment that highlights how you naturally think, work, and build relationships. It helps you lean into your top traits and understand how they show up in both your work and daily life.

The color palette on this page reflects Gallup’s four Strengths Domains: relationship building, influencing, executing, and strategic thinking. Each one offers insight into how strengths shape your process and where they make the biggest impact.

Throughout this site, you’ll mostly see polished work and final results. But I wanted to include this section because for me, the process and the “why” matters just as much as the outcome.

Below are my Top 5 Strengths, as identified by the CliftonStrengths assessment.

I care about the people I work with and naturally invest in building trust and understanding from the start, but more importantly, I’m drawn to depth over surface. I enjoy collaborating closely with others toward shared goals and prioritize getting better, together. I also find motivation in learning what drives the people around me and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels valued.

I'm someone who is motivated by high standards, especially the ones I set for myself. It’s not about beating others, but about seeing what’s possible and pushing myself to meet it. In group settings, I naturally encourage others to aim higher too, because I believe we all do better when we’re working toward something meaningful.

I like having a sense of forward motion. Whether it’s checking things off a to-do list or working through a long-term goal, I find energy in staying productive. People can count on me to follow through, and I tend to take on roles where dependability and work ethic matter, because I take pride in being someone others can rely on.

Some people see what is. I like to see what could be. I get excited by the possibility, the spark of a big idea, and I’m most engaged when I’m creating what doesn’t exist yet. I also find a lot of joy in helping others see potential and working together to bring those ideas to life in a real, tangible way.

I like helping things run smoothly, especially when they don’t make sense right away. When it starts to feel a little messy, I actually enjoy stepping back, asking questions, and figuring out how it all fits together. I’m someone who likes working with others and paying attention to where people and ideas can make the biggest impact. It feels good when everything starts to click and the team finds its rhythm.
