CLIFTON TOP 5 STRENGTHS
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) is a Gallup assessment that highlights what you naturally do best—how you think, work, and connect with others. Instead of focusing on weaknesses, it’s designed to help people lean into their strongest traits and understand how those strengths show up in their work and everyday decisions.
The color palette below is different from the rest of my site, and that’s intentional. Each color represents one of Gallup’s four Strengths Domains which help explain how each strength functions and where it adds the most value.
Below are my Top 5 Strengths, as identified by the CliftonStrengths assessment.
I’ve always been drawn to meaningful connection. I care about building trust, showing up for people, and creating the kind of team dynamic where everyone feels supported and invested in the work.
#1 RELATOR
I’m motivated by progress and growth. I like having something to work toward and being around people who push me to be better. For me, competition isn’t about beating others. It’s about raising the bar.
#2 COMPETITION
I feel most like myself when I’m moving with purpose. I like staying busy, but more than that, I like when the work has weight. When I can see progress and know I’m building toward something that matters.
#3 achiever
I naturally think ahead. I’m energized by potential, by the idea of what could be, and I enjoy helping others see that vision too. Whether it’s a project or a big-picture goal, I like imagining what’s next and mapping out how to get there.
#4 FUTURISTIC
I’m at my best when things are in motion. I like figuring out how people, pieces, and ideas fit together. I’m quick to adjust when things shift and enjoy creating structure that still leaves room for flexibility and flow.
